Walter Reed Army Medical Center:
"reVision's Quality of Service exceeded government expectations. Due to the high visibility of Walter Reed AMC, reVision was challenged to deploy a technology solution consisting of over one thousand Apple iMac computers, six hundred telephones, and six hundred LCD/DVD Televisions in our wounded Outpatient areas within a four week period. Additionally, this work required the upgrade and installation of new network infrastructure hardware. Procurement, shipment, and installation of this solution presented a daunting logistical challenge for reVision requiring excellent Project Management, procurement, negotiation, and logistical skill sets in addition to the primary technical installation and configuration skills required to implement the full scope of the effort of which Revision's team performed beyond government expectations, often working around the clock and over weekend's/holiday's in order to meet the governments timeline requirements for which Revision often completed tasks ahead of schedule."
"reVision's implementation of its own unique tools and methodologies to ensure the success of the program exceeded the government's expectations. ---reVision utilized unique methods to ensure proper inventory control of approximately ten thousand individual pieces of equipment ranging from Apple iMac computers to small in room wall plate Ethernet switches. reVision maintained logistical control using its own methodologies for procurement documentation and implementation throughout the duration of the Project. reVision’s use of Microsoft tools resulted in a complete final deliverable in a single document which contained all relevant material including inventory of each individual piece of equipment to include its current location I all manufacturer's warranty information all maintenance and sustainment contract information and all relevant equipment instructions and procedures. reVision's ability to employ these tools and methods permitted the rapid turn-around and installation of all property accountable items in record time directly contributing to the success of the project within an almost impossible mission timeline.
reVision’s quality control and performance metrics proved to be impeccable. reVision provided complete and verifiable documentation during all facets of the project throughout the project timeline in order to ensure effective quality control. reVision's project management team maintained constant quality control by continuously conducting time analysis and inventory accountability to ensure project completion on time. reVision continually produced metrics to government officials leading the project. These metrics resulted in the ability of the Government to trend results and compare those results to the project timeline and adjust resources effectively ensuring all project milestones were met on time and within budget.
reVision produced an exceptional ability to meet all scheduled milestones throughout the duration of the project. Revision's use of documentation and strict procedures such as inventory control and trend analysis metrics directly resulted in the successful completion of work during all phases of the project."
"reVision maintained an excellent ability to identify all aspects of cost at the conception of the project considering its scope. Revision ensured strict adherence to overall funds availability through constant negotiations with resellers during all phases of the project. This included ensuring those large corporations providing equipment to the program such as Apple Computer Inc. etc adhered to all originally agreed upon pricing and through identifying potential hidden costs up front during the early stages of the program. reVision also produced an excellent ability to adjust and adapt to changes in the technology marketplace during the implementation phases of the program and produced the ability to identify alternative sources during resource shortages in the marketplace. This included negotiation with large market stakeholders such as Apple Computer Inc. in order to identify and acquire Apple products elsewhere in the marketplace during a time of market shortage while ensuring completion of the project on time and within budget."
"reVision's ability to integrate into the existing Walter Reed AMC Information Technology department exceeded the government's expectation. reVision provided the ability to integrate with the existing incumbent staff. reVision coordinated with the incumbent staff in order to ensure successful completion of each project task on time and within scope. reVision staff worked effectively with incumbent staff to identify requirements and develop strategies necessary to ensure successful completion of the project."
"reVision demonstrated an ability to manage its subcontractors which exceeded the government's expectation. reVision’s Program Managers effectively worked with their subcontract leadership on many occasions which directly resulted in the successful completion of the project. Through effective leadership and project management, reVision produced the ability to effectively direct its subcontract workforce to install over six hundred LCO/OVO televisions sets in every patient room. The challenges with installing these televisions required an ability to schedule with each room occupant a time for installation and customize each installation according to the occupants needs. reVision as the overall prime, ensured the subcontract workforce adhered to strict quality assurance and project timeline goals and objectives through documentation and effective communications resulting in an excellent teaming partner arrangement and directly resulting in the successful completion of the project.”
